Please carefully read and understand the following Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer before enrolling in Andre Hoggan Studios' Papermaking Class ("the Class"). By enrolling in the Class, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment

1.1 Enrollment in the Papermaking Class is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental or legal guardian consent to enroll.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment for the Papermaking Class must be made in full at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise specified in writing by Andre Hoggan Studios.

2.2 Andre Hoggan Studios reserves the right to change the Class fee and payment terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations made by participants at least [2] days prior to the scheduled Class date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

3.2 Andre Hoggan Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Papermaking Class for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Class Content

4.1 Andre Hoggan Studios will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and comprehensive instruction during the Papermaking Class. However, the Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

4.2 Participants are responsible for bringing any required materials and equipment to the Papermaking Class unless otherwise specified by Andre Hoggan Studios.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 Participants understand that papermaking may take place in an environment where floors might be wet and slippery. Participants are advised to exercise caution and take necessary precautions while moving about the class area.

5.2 Andre Hoggan Studios, its instructors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from slipping or falling due to wet or slippery floors. Participants expressly acknowledge that they assume the risk associated with such conditions and agree to hold Andre Hoggan Studios harmless and waive any claims against it.

5.3 Participants are encouraged to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and use appropriate footwear to minimize the risk of slipping or falling.

6. Photography and Recordings

6.1 Andre Hoggan Studios may take photographs or recordings during the Papermaking Class for promotional and marketing purposes. Participants consent to the use of their images or voices in such materials without compensation.

7. Personal Information

7.1 Andre Hoggan Studios will collect and store personal information provided by participants solely for the purpose of administering the Papermaking Class and maintaining communication. Andre Hoggan Studios will not share or sell this information to third parties.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

8.1 Andre Hoggan Studios reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in writing.

By enrolling in Andre Hoggan Studios' Papermaking Class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Disclaimer, including the acknowledgment of potential wet and slippery floors.
